Before joining Caldwell, Shetin honed her skills at a leading Canadian professional services firm, where she gained invaluable experience in talent acquisition and client relationship management. Shetin is known for her consultative approach and passion for fostering inclusive, purpose-driven workplaces. She leads Caldwell Learns, the firm’s monthly diversity, equity, and inclusion learning initiative, empowering teams to embrace continuous growth and collaboration.

Shetin holds a BA in international relations (security and strategy) from the University of Calgary and a certificate in adult learning/instructional design from the University of Toronto.
