About Olga
Olga Kozlova is a Partner in Caldwell’s Dubai office and a key member of the Life Sciences & Healthcare practice, with an additional focus on family offices. With nearly 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, Olga has a proven track record of helping healthcare, life sciences and family-owned organizations build high-performing leadership teams.
Olga advises clients across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe, partnering with multinational, regional and founder-led organizations across healthcare services, biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, MedTech and HealthTech. She is recognized for her ability to attract and integrate world-class local and international talent into pivotal leadership roles, including CEOs, general managers and other senior executives.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Olga spent nearly two decades with Heidrick & Struggles, most recently as a principal in Dubai and a member of the firm’s global Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She helped build the firm’s healthcare and life sciences franchise across the Middle East and led executive search and leadership advisory assignments throughout the region. Earlier in her career in Moscow, she worked across the life sciences, consumer and technology sectors, recruiting senior leaders in general management, commercial, finance, human resources, operations and other functional roles. Olga began her executive search career with Ward Howell International.
Education
Olga holds a bachelor’s degree in labour economics and sociology from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Moscow and is a certified Hogan Assessment consultant.
