About Cristina
Cristina is a senior consultant within the financial services practice at Caldwell Partners. Based in New York, Cristina has over 15 years of experience leading search projects and working with client companies in asset management, alternative investments, insurance, global banking & markets and professional services.
While partnering with a number of the practice’s key strategic clients, Cristina has completed a wide breath of projects within, global investments, corporate strategy and business management, financial, operating and risk officers, banking and sales & trading.
Experience
Cristina joined Caldwell Partners from Global Sage, where she was Senior Associate. There, she conducted numerous senior search mandates across an array of functional areas. Partnered with Senior Directors, Cristina was responsible for the development of search strategies and identification of target industries and leaders as well as participating in the on-going effort to identify superior methodologies and procedures. Prior to beginning her career in retained search, Cristina was an Analyst with an International Commercial Real Estate Firm.
Education
Cristina grew up in New York and attended the University of Connecticut where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. She is a marathon runner and an active member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
