About Jane
Jane Loop Pomar is the founding partner of Caldwell Advance, a division of Caldwell focused on the next generation of corporate leaders. With more than 25 years of experience in recruiting high-potential management professionals, she has helped shape hundreds of careers and contributed to some of the most dynamic management teams in companies today. Jane is passionate about uncovering hidden and developing talent and is considered a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates alike.
Her knowledge spans multiple industries, and she has helped clients expand their leadership teams with functional expertise in engineering, operations, manufacturing, sales, marketing, communications, human resources, finance and accounting.
Experience
Jane began her career in executive search with Heidrick & Struggles, where she played a part in some of the most significant internet and telecommunications build-outs. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the importance of building bench strength in leadership teams. She later founded Loop Executive Search, where she concentrated on succession planning for small to mid-cap companies. Many of Jane’s placements have advanced to divisional leadership and C-suite executive roles.
Education
Jane has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Virginia.
