About Kevin
Kevin Sachs is a consultant with Caldwell and a member of Caldwell’s Toronto office and the firm’s Financial Services and Consumer practices. He advises clients on executive search, succession planning, leadership assessment, and talent strategy, helping organizations identify and attract high-performing leaders in complex, rapidly evolving markets. His experience spans governance, executive leadership, and organizational strategy.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Kevin was a senior associate with Korn Ferry’s North American Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer practices, where he supported senior-level executive and board searches across a broad range of industries. Earlier in his career, Kevin led communications at Global Strategy Lab, a global public health think tank, where he directed stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and thought leadership initiatives. He began his career in journalism as a producer and staff writer with Swiss national public broadcaster SRF. After relocating to Canada, he joined the film and television industry, where he held roles in sales, acquisitions, and distribution.
Education
Kevin holds a Master of Science in European Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Law and Ethics from the University of Zurich. Fluent in English, German, French, and Hebrew, he brings an international perspective and a collaborative approach to client engagements.

Kevin serves as board chair of a charitable organization that operates residential summer camp programs in Ontario, helping create transformative experiences for children and young adults. He is also a former long-term mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto, where he supported youth through several years of one-on-one mentorship.
