About Loryn
Loryn Schiraldo is a consultant in Caldwell’s Consumer Practice with more than 20 years of executive search and talent advisory experience. She specializes in C-suite and senior executive searches across consumer and financial services, focusing on marketing, commercial, general management and operations leadership.
Experience
Before joining Caldwell, Loryn was a senior associate in Korn Ferry’s Consumer and Marketing Officers practices and previously served as managing consultant for retail in Korn Ferry Professional Search. Earlier, she held talent acquisition and operations leadership roles at IPG Mediabrands, now part of Omnicom, and led creative and marketing staffing at 24 Seven, Atrium Staffing and Aquent. She began her career in HR management at WTW.
Education
Loryn holds a BA in anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is certified in behavioral and leadership assessment.
