About Noshina
Noshina Choudhary is a consultant in Caldwell’s Toronto office and a member of the firm’s Academic, Not-for-Profit, Social Enterprise, and Culture (ANSEC) Practice. She supports clients and candidates across the practice, bringing a thoughtful, research-informed approach to executive search.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Noshina was a senior executive search consultant with a boutique search firm, where she advised on leadership searches across the education, not-for-profit, and broader public sectors. Her experience includes working with organizations navigating complex leadership needs, evolving priorities, and changing institutional environments.
She is passionate about ensuring that equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging are incorporated into all aspects of her work, from candidate identification through assessment. She is engaging and tenacious in identifying and attracting leaders to opportunities in mission-driven organizations, and maintains an inclusive lens on all aspects of the process. Clients appreciate Noshina’s ability to attract qualified leaders who reflect the diverse communities in which we live and work.
Education
Noshina holds a Master of Arts in Gender, Feminist and Women’s Studies from York University. She also holds a Master of Arts in Women’s Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in India. She has completed additional professional development in accessibility, including AODA training through Occupational Safety Group.
