John Heilhecker is a consultant in Caldwell’s Dallas office and a member of the Technology Practice. With more than 20 years of experience in executive search and corporate recruiting, he focuses on the recruitment of C-suite and other senior leadership roles across various functional areas. John’s extraordinarily high completion rate is complemented by his ability to successfully identify and attract outstanding talent, which has allowed him to be a trusted advisor to his candidates and clients.
Prior to joining Caldwell, John was vice president, executive recruiting/senior associate at Taylor Winfield. He previously held roles at PDS Tech, Inc., Talent Architects, Kforce (formerly Romac International & Source Services) and CDI Corporation.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Texas Tech University.
