About Sara
Sara Sellar is a consultant in Caldwell’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. With more than 10 years of search experience, she focuses on recruiting senior-level professionals within global banking and markets, alternative and traditional investment management firms, commercial and consumer banking, specialty finance, and professional services firms.
Experience
Prior to rejoining Caldwell, Sara was a principal at Kingsley Gate, where she focused on the asset management industry, working with clients, such as Ares, PGIM, KKR, Voya, and more. Previously at Caldwell, Sara served the Financial Services Practice as a consultant advancing from her role as an associate and researcher, establishing an excellent foundation in industry knowledge and overall candidate identification. She joined Caldwell from Global Sage, where she was head of support and project coordination in the US. Sara began her career with roles in the publishing and media world.
Education
Sara holds a BS in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
