Cynthia Walsh is a consultant in Caldwell’s Insurance Practice. With over 20 years of experience in executive search, she has completed numerous C-suite and executive level placements across various industries and functions. Her expertise in understanding the needs of her clients and attracting top talent has enabled her to be a trusted advisor to her clients in insurance, healthcare systems, payers and biotech firms.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Cynthia spent five years at Spencer Stuart as an executive recruiter in the Healthcare Practice. She began her executive search career with retained boutique search firms and spent several years in the PEO industry placing talented leaders in a hypergrowth space.
Education
Cynthia received her Bachelor of Science in advertising from the University of Florida.
