Based in Madrid, Gabino leads high-level executive and board searches across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, the United States, and Canada. Having lived and worked in key business hubs including London, Paris, Dubai, Doha, São Paulo, Miami, and New York, he brings a truly international perspective and deep understanding of global markets. He partners closely with private equity investors and management teams to build high-impact C-suite and board leadership in high-growth, transformation, and investor-backed environments, with a track record of more than 200 completed mandates worldwide.

Education
Gabino holds a master’s degree in international business from the European Business School (Paris and New York) and a bachelor’s degree in law from Complutense University of Madrid. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
