About Courtney

Courtney is a partner in the Calgary office of Caldwell and a member of the Industrial Practice, focusing on partnering with clients to place senior executives in the energy and mining, manufacturing, utilities, infrastructure industries. She is passionate about understanding and evaluating the underlying business needs of each of her clients and has earned a reputation for building strong trusted advisor relationships with her candidates and clients across North America.

Experience

Prior to joining Caldwell, Courtney recruited senior-level executives to roles in a range of disciplines including: human resources, finance, supply chain management, as well as health, safety, & environment. Before joining the recruitment industry, she had a successful career in communications working with clients across several industries and sectors. She began in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, and progressed to roles with a global public relations and integrated communications agency and an Edmonton-based marketing firm focused on traditional and digital marketing for B2B organizations across Alberta.

Education

Courtney holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of Alberta.

A proud Albertan and native Edmontonian, Courtney now resides in Calgary, Alberta. Committed to making an impact in her community, she has enjoyed long-term memberships with both the Rotary Club of Edmonton Glenora and the Junior League of Calgary. She also served for seven years as an elected member on the board of directors of the then-governing Progressive Conservative Association of Alberta.
