We are aware of fraudulent messages from scammers impersonating individuals at our firm. These messages are often sent via WhatsApp, text message, or personal email accounts (like Gmail) and may promote fake job opportunities in an attempt to obtain personal or financial information.
Please note Caldwell will never:
- Contact candidates from personal email accounts
- Ask candidates to move conversations to messaging apps or non-corporate email
- Request payment of any kind, including fees for opportunities, training, assessments, or equipment
- Direct candidates to third-party services that require payment
- Request banking details, credit card information, or other financial information
All legitimate Caldwell emails will come from an @caldwell.com address and follow a formal search process. The only Caldwell employees who would be reaching out are listed as associates or consultants on our website here.
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Caldwell, do not engage or share personal information; please block the number and report the scam:
