With a highly successful 30-year track record in the professional sports world as an award-winning LPGA instructor, competitor, entrepreneur and author, Tiffany delivers a rare combination of sports and business acumen that enables her to take a creative yet disciplined approach to research and search execution. Certified by Predictive Index in talent optimization, Tiffany is dedicated to finding the right fit between client and candidate, working with search committees and stakeholders to understand and meet their distinctive leadership needs.
Tiffany competed professionally worldwide for 11 years, including time on the LPGA, European, Asian, and Canadian tours, and was the number-one ranked amateur in the Titleist Golfweek Rankings in 1997. As an instructor, she has numerous certifications and is highly decorated as an LPGA Top 50 Instructor with an extensive network of executive connections.
Additionally, she launched FG Enterprises, which conceived, developed, patented, and released globally available award-winning products. She is the winner of the 2018 Pinnacle Award for Best New Product at the PGA Merchandise Show and three Stevie Awards for Women in Business in 2017.
Education
Tiffany graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing.
