Sophie De Ferranti is a partner in Caldwell’s Technology Practice, and a member of the London office.
Sophie has market-leading expertise in placing executives of the highest level in cybersecurity, digital and operational risk, information security for clients across the financial services, wealth management, pharma & healthcare, aerospace and TMT industries.
Cyber risk has been increasing in recent years as organisations embrace digitalisation, catalysed by Covid-19 and emerging geopolitical stress factors. Regulatory change is fuelling the need for more seasoned cybersecurity experts and in a global landscape experiencing a talent deficit. Sophie advises C-suite executives and board members on their organisation’s cyber risk posture from a people advisory perspective and helps build diverse and inclusive teams. Highly entrepreneurial in her approach to executive search, she is passionate about promoting women leaders in cybersecurity and technology, and brings a forward-thinking, holistic approach to global people advisory solutions.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Sophie spent 25 years in senior leadership positions at global executive search and specialist consulting firms in Singapore, New York, London and Zurich. In her earlier career she held a high security UN classified role at the NATO Headquarters in Brussels.
