About Anna
Anna Power is a consultant in Caldwell’s Insurance Practice with more than 10 years of experience in executive search and talent advisory. She specializes in senior executive and C-suite searches across insurance and financial services.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Anna worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where she supported senior leadership and global executive initiatives, including the company’s participation in the World Economic Forum and enterprise leadership events. Her experience working closely with C-suite executives provided her with valuable insight into leadership assessment, organizational dynamics and executive talent needs. She began her career with NBC Universal, supporting advertising sales and client management initiatives.
Education
Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, with a minor in communications, from Roanoke College.
