With an extensive HR consulting and executive search background, Maria has a developed seasoned expertise across a broad range of industries. Her experience includes working in financial services (wealth & asset management, consumer & commercial banking, payments); technology (SaaS, EdTech/E-learning, fintech, e-commerce, software, hardware, networks, autonomous driving); telecom; semiconductor; medical electronics; entertainment; legal services; retail and non-profit sectors. She has successfully placed hundreds of roles across a range of functions up to the C-suite including: CRO, CIO, CISO, CFO, GM, EVP, MD, VP spanning all corporate functional areas. Her non-profit experience includes work with the Lucille Packard Foundation and other known non-profit organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Education
Maria holds a BS in human development from U.C. Davis and various certifications in HR Management and Compensation.
