About Janet
An associate with Caldwell’s Toronto office since 2008, Janet Winship is an experienced member of Caldwell’s academic, healthcare, and not-for-profit practice team. Dedicated to finding the right fit between client and candidate, Janet works consultatively and responsively with search committees and stakeholders to understand and meet their distinctive leadership needs.
Experience
With a background in the academic and cultural sectors, Janet takes a rigorous and creative approach to research and search execution. Working with a broad range of clients across Canada – from universities, colleges, and independent schools to health regions, human services organizations, government agencies, and professional associations – Janet has identified and attracted top-calibre candidates at the presidential, vice-presidential, and other senior executive levels.
Education
Janet holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Western University and a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto.
