About Krisha
Krisha Otto is a consultant in Caldwell’s Chicago office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. With more than 10 years of executive search experience, she focuses on the recruitment of senior leaders spanning a wide range of commercial and consumer financial services clients, including digital/fintech, card/payments and private equity environments. From senior director to the board level, she has placed executives in numerous roles both domestically and internationally. Krisha has a particular passion around candidate assessment, creating a positive candidate experience and creating operational improvements to drive efficiencies in the recruiting process.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Krisha was a generalist at DHR International working with clients across a variety of industries including financial services; industrial manufacturing; automotive; private equity and consumer packaged goods. She began her career at The Jacobson Group as an executive recruiter. Krisha has been recognized by LinkedIn as a top 1% user for three years and has received awards from prior employers for search excellence and best practices.
Education
Krisha holds a Master of Science in psychology from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Monmouth College.
