About Georgia
Georgia Carr is an associate in Caldwell’s London office and member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, working across both public and private markets. In addition to financial services, she also delivers international search mandates across industrial niche companies in
the areas of nuclear utilities, construction, infrastructure, and global megaprojects.
Experience
Her executive search experience has focused across financial services, covering emerging and developed markets, the UK and Continental Europe. Prior to joining Caldwell, Georgia began her career as a graduate trainee at Riverhouse Partners, a financial services boutique search firm where she developed and advanced into the role of researcher. Georgia played a key role on client engagements, working with assignment specialists on their day-to-day activities while providing vital research support and assistance throughout the entire life cycle of project requirements across the business. Whilst at the firm she worked across public and private markets in developed and growth regions.
Education
Georgia holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Edinburgh, UK.
