Caitlin is an associate in the New York office and a member of the Professional Services Practice. She brings over 3 years of experience in executive search and focuses on recruiting senior-level executives for law, consulting and accounting firms.
Experience
Caitlin joined Caldwell from Diversified Search Group, where she was instrumental in identifying and attracting quality executive talent in the healthcare services space. She has successfully completed searches for a variety of C-suite leaders in major health systems across the United States.
Prior to her career in executive search, Caitlin served as a commercial associate at Advisory Board Company, now Optum. During her tenure, she was responsible for identifying strategic commercial opportunities and helped generate over $5.5 million in revenue.
Education
Caitlin received a Bachelor of Arts in leadership studies from the University of Richmond.
