About Angela
Angela de Marco is a consultant in Caldwell’s London office, where she is a member of the firm’s Board & CEO Practice. She has deep expertise in conducting executive and non-executive searches, working closely with clients to identify and secure board directors and C-suite leaders across sectors.
Experience
Angela brings more than two decades of experience in executive search, having advised multinational corporations, private equity firms, listed businesses, and government bodies. She has broad sector experience spanning consumer, retail, financial services, media, industrials, infrastructure, and beyond.
Before joining Caldwell, she was a consultant with Lygon Group, a boutique executive search and board advisory firm, serving FTSE 100 companies, AIM-listed businesses, and private equity portfolio companies. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade with The Inzito Partnership, where she supported founder-led efforts in board-level appointments in the UK and internationally as a consultant, while also mentoring research teams and driving business development. She began her career with Korn Ferry International in the Consumer and Retail Practice, before moving to JCA Group as a senior associate.
Education
Angela earned a BA (Hons) in Italian and German from the University of Birmingham.
