When international executive search firm Caldwell Partners first introduced the awards program in 1995, the goal was to fill what it saw as a gap. “We set out to honour young people doing special things, because I think sometimes Canada doesn’t celebrate our successes enough and honour people who have taken risks and been dynamic and unique and created employment and opportunity for others and themselves,” says Elan Pratzer, partner, real estate and financial services, at Caldwell.
