Caldwell Strengthens Industrial Recruiting Capabilities with the Addition of Oil and Gas Specialist Kenneth Baillie in Houston

Toronto and Houston – October 31, 2018 – Retained executive search firm Caldwell (TSX: CWL) today announced a major enhancement to its recruiting capabilities in the oil and gas sector with the addition of Kenneth Baillie as a partner in the firm’s Industrial Practice, based in Houston.

Mr. Baillie has over 15 years of experience working in executive search, and specializes in the upstream, midstream and downstream oil & gas sectors. He has undertaken roles ranging from board to executive chairman, CEO, managing director and general manager, as well as a range of EVP, SVP and VP level appointments for some of the industry’s most well recognized operator companies and service providers. Additionally, he regularly collaborates with venture capital and private equity firms to appoint key leadership positions within their portfolio companies.

Mr. Baillie joins Caldwell from an international executive search firm specializing in board and senior management appointments within the oil & gas and mining sectors.

Mr. Baillie holds a Master of Business Studies from the University of Aberdeen. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
