Suzanne Heske brings more nearly 20 years of industry and consulting experience
Toronto– August 20, 2014 – Retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL) today announced that Suzanne Heske has joined the firm as a Partner in the Financial Services Practice, focusing on recruiting executives for searches in investment management, alternative investments and global capital markets.
“With more than 15 years of diverse sales experience in the financial services industry, Suzanne is able to leverage her extensive knowledge of alternative investments, synthetic hedge fund replication strategies, structured solutions, and asset management to her clients’ advantage,” said Paul Heller, leader of the firm’s Financial Services Practice. “Her industry knowledge and the level of trust and confidence she inspires in her clients has helped to earn her a reputation as a leading asset management recruiter on the West Coast.”
Ms. Heske joins Caldwell Partners from a boutique executive search firm focusing on the West Coast asset management space, where she was a managing director. Prior to her career in executive search, she had a distinguished 15-year career in the financial services industry, raising capital for a variety of alternative investment platforms including hedge funds, multi-asset class structured products and fund of funds.

Ms. Heske holds a BA in rhetoric and communications, as well as in organizational studies from University of California, Davis.
