Experience
Yannick joined Caldwell from Korn Ferry, where he partnered with global, pan-European and UK clients on the recruitment of senior real estate and financial sector executives at the general management, C-suite and board levels. Earlier, he was a principal with boutique search firm Thomas Cole Kinder, leading assignments across PropTech, ESG, and broader real estate roles. He began his recruiting career with Morgan McKinley, specialising in internal audit roles for commerce and industry clients, before transitioning into executive search in 2018 with Korn Ferry to focus on senior real estate mandates across Europe.
Education
He holds a BSc in sports & leisure management from Loughborough University.
More About Yannick
Before entering the corporate world, Yannick played professional rugby for Biarritz Olympique Pays Basque U-21s during one of the club’s most successful seasons, reaching the H-Cup final and winning the Top 14. He later transitioned to competitive skiing, representing Great Britain in speed skiing, achieving a top speed of 191.5 km/h and securing a Top 10 finish in the World Cup.
