About Simon
Simon North is a Strategic Advisor within Caldwell’s Industrial Practice, specializing in the industrial manufacturing and services sector across Europe. Based in the United Kingdom, Simon brings more than 30 years of executive search experience to the firm.
Over the course of his career, Simon has advised a broad range of industrial manufacturing and service organizations, supporting them in identifying and attracting top leadership talent for both executive and non-executive roles.
Experience
Before joining Caldwell in 2025, Simon held senior roles with several leading global search firms, including PageGroup plc, Korn Ferry, and Odgers Berndtson, where he was a partner in the Global Industrial Practice. He began his career as an accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Education
Simon earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and law from Southampton University. He also currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee of Evesham Racquets & Rowing Club; a not-for-profit multi-sport club based in the United Kingdom.
