Michelle de Biolley is a Strategic Advisor to Caldwell’s Financial Services Practice. With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, she understands best-in-class talent solutions for leading global financial services institutions. Her area of expertise is talent acquisition for investment banking and private equity clients across Europe, the City of London, and Wall Street.
Experience
Michelle was previously a partner with Stonehaven, where she advised clients on senior management and board-level appointments across investment banking and private equity. She began her career in banking, working in project finance and M&A, and has since become a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams of U.S. and European financial institutions and private equity firms.
Education
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from ICHEC in Brussels and a bachelor’s degree in social and communication from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles.
