About Michelle
Michelle De Biolley is a partner in the Financial Services Practice at Caldwell, and a member of the London office.
With more than 20 years experience in the executive search business focussing on delivering best in class searches to the top financial services players, Michelle’s focus is on building investment banking, private banking and private equity capability for her clients. She is also trained as a business and executive coach, bringing a well-rounded, relationship-driven approach to her work with clients and candidates alike.
Experience
Michelle joined Caldwell from Stonehaven, where she recruited across investment banking, private banking, and private equity. She began her career in banking, working in project finance and M&A, and has since served as a trusted advisor to financial institutions across Europe. Earlier in her career she worked in Banking, primarily in project finance and M&A.
Education
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from ICHEC in Brussels and a bachelor’s degree in social and communication from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles.
