About Jennifer
Jennifer Arenz is a consultant and a member of the Industrial Practice based in Houston, Texas. With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, Jennifer develops and executes search strategies, conducts outreach and candidate assessment for client engagements. Her industry sub-specialty of modern energy infrastructure addresses the challenges of regulated industries, power, construction, global energy and renewables.
She has completed chief executive officer, general management, corporate director, and key functional assignments for global multinational corporations, public and private companies, and public sector agencies. Jennifer focuses on enabling technologies and infrastructure in support of the energy transition having successfully placed impactful leaders in energy & natural resources, infrastructure & engineering, renewables & clean tech, and professional services & private equity environments.
Experience
Jennifer joined Caldwell from Heidrick & Struggles, where she was an engagement manager in the North American Industrial Practice with expertise in power and energy. Earlier in her career, she was a management consultant with Ernst & Young in the Energy & Chemicals Practice, where she led process and systems implementations. Previously Jennifer worked in executive training and coaching, exposing her to clients in energy, chemicals, manufacturing, and information technology industries.
Education
Jennifer earned her MBA in management information systems with honors from the University of Houston and her bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University.
