About Jason
Jason Blonstein is a partner in Caldwell’s Industrial and Consumer practices, where he focuses on advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on the recruitment of senior executives. He partners with boards and investors to build leadership teams that drive operational performance, transformation, and long-term value creation.
Jason brings more than a decade of executive search experience, with deep expertise across manufacturing, industrials, and business services. He has led numerous C-suite and senior-level assignments for investor-backed organizations, with a particular emphasis on roles tied to strategy execution, organizational transformation, and growth.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Jason was a partner at Roo Partners, where he focused on executive search for private equity-backed companies. Earlier, he served as managing director at ECA Partners, leading the firm’s strategy and transformation practice. He also held roles with Northline Partners, Holden Richardson, and Korn Ferry, building a strong foundation in industrial and automotive search.
Jason began his career as an officer in the United States Army after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He served multiple deployments and was awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Iraq.

Jason holds a BS in history from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Illinois.
