Ilinca Pacuraru is a consultant in Caldwell’s Dubai office with a specialized focus on CEO, Board, C-suite, and senior leadership placements across the GCC, Middle East, and Africa.
With over 15 years of regional expertise, she designs and executes full-cycle search mandates for sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and multinational corporations. Her core sectors include healthcare, retail and consumer, financial services and fintech, and industrial operations, where she consistently secures transformative leaders to drive strategic growth, operational resilience, and global market positioning.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Ilinca spent several years with Spencer Stuart’s Dubai office, leading high-impact executive searches and advisory engagements for regional and global clients. Throughout her career, she has successfully completed over 100 placements, earning recognition for her rigorous process, cultural insight, and ability to align talent with complex organizational mandates.
Education
Ilinca holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate valuation and management from the Technical University of Moldova.
Ilinca is fluent in English and Romanian (native speaker) and has professional proficiency in Russian.
