About Domenic
Domenic is a Partner in Caldwell’s Consumer Practice based in Dubai, UAE. He specialises in senior level and C-suite appointments across the consumer, events, entertainment, sports and tourism sectors, and has nearly two decades of experience in the Middle East.
Since relocating to the region in 2008, Domenic has developed deep expertise across Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. He advises a broad range of organisations, including sovereign wealth funds, government entities, family-owned groups, and multinational corporations, as well as sports clubs and major event platforms. He is trusted to deliver critical leadership hires that support national transformation agendas and high growth businesses.
Experience
Prior to joining Caldwell, Domenic spent nearly 20 years with PageGroup, where he was part of the early team that established the firm’s Dubai office and later led its Saudi Arabia business. Most recently, he served as Head of Page Executive for the Middle East and Africa and was a member of the global board.
Education
Domenic holds a Bachelor of Arts in politics and international relations from the University of Kent.
