About Les

Les Gombik is the managing partner of Caldwell’s prairie region. With more than 25 years of executive & board search and human resources experience, Les has a broad perspective on the most pressing talent issues in executive management today. His particular focus is on board and senior executive positions for commercially oriented, public, private and private equity-backed enterprises within the industrial, consumer and financial services sectors.

Experience

Prior to joining Caldwell, Les worked for a leading international human resources consulting firm, where he engaged with hundreds of organizations to help them address their talent and engagement issues.

Education

Les has a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University and is also their former local Chapter Alumni president. He obtained his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

More About Les

An active volunteer, Les is a passionate contributor to a number of programs, associations and charities, including the Loran Foundation, the United Way, and various Human Resources Associations across the country.  He a former board member of Make-A-Wish Canada, is the  founder and president of the BULL Club, the Board Chair Council the Caldwell Leadership Roundtable.
